About the trust
A family of Salford schools with one shared purpose
Alresford Multi-Academy Trust is a small, focused trust of three schools in Salford. We came together to give our children the best of both worlds — the warmth and identity of a local school, with the strength, expertise and resilience of a trust behind it.
What we believe
Our values
Children first
Every decision is tested against one question: is it right for our children?
Better together
Three schools sharing expertise, training and back-office strength so each is stronger than it would be alone.
Open & accountable
We publish our governance, our policies and our performance. Trust is earned in the open.
People matter
Great schools are built by great people. We invest in our staff and look after their wellbeing.
How the trust works
Central Services takes the weight
From our Trust Office on Chapel Street, a single central team runs the things every school needs but none should have to reinvent: IT and cyber, estates and statutory compliance, finance and procurement, HR and recruitment, governance, and health & safety. That means consistent standards across all three schools, better value from shared contracts, and — most importantly — school leaders freed to lead learning.
